Please note as this is a customized order once you confirm the final digital artwork to be forwarded to production there will be no refund and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Our quality control procedures ensure that your Golden Portrait is in mint condition upon packing for shipment. However, we understand at times damage may be incurred during delivery.
Please take note of the following;
1. Upon delivery if you notice damage to the packaging or if your package has been opened carefully check the contents to ensure all is correct before signing for the delivery.
2. If you receive a defective item please do not accept the delivery due to the damage and the Courier service will return the consignment to our address.
3.Please contact our Support representative at email@example.com with details and photo images of the product and the defect. We will provide you with a Return Order Authorization number. You can send the defective item in the original packaging by registered mail or with a courier that provides full door to door tracking to:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time notifying you of the status of a refund or a replacement product as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

We make every effort to ship your Customized Golden Portrait order within  business days from the date of your order. 30 business days is required to allow sufficient production time for the high quality customized order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances your Golden Portrait order will be shipped within 30 business days. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, public holidays, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery do the following:
- Point it out to the person from the Courier company
- Do not sign or accept delivery until you are satisfied that your Golden Portrait product is not damaged
- If necessary take photo of damage
- If the Golden Portrait product is not damaged you may sign for delivery at which point you are accepting responsibility that your Golden Portrait is not damaged and goods received are in good acceptable condition.
- If the Golden Portrait is damaged do not sign for the delivery and have the courier company return shipment to sender.
